@Walery-Smirnoff I would prefer the Logger for winter solely because of its sole. I find that Iron Rangers with the original sole are a) slippery in winter conditions and b) cold.
-
Guys, Russia. Samara
-
@Walery-Smirnoff I'd argue that the Iron Ranger isn't really made for temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, at least not if you have to stop somewhere outside, wait, etc. The Logger would definitely be a better choice.
Otherwise: As @Dmart says. -
I've been wanting American boots to wear with jeans for a while now. The cold isn't a problem. Last winter, it averaged between 0 and -15 degrees. If anything, I'll just wear a warm sock. The main thing is that they don't slip
-
@Walery-Smirnoff Then you should be fine with the Logger. I have 2 pairs in use, but both model 899 with Poron insoles to withstand the cold.

I'll listen to you and take them. I'll be happy with just boots and no warm insoles. I'll find some warm insoles here.
-
I'll take Logger.
-
@Walery-Smirnoff in this case forget my answer as neither will suite these conditions, at least not without insoles.
-
@DmarOh my friend! I'm 53 years old already. I've been deprived of something for half my life. I have no choice. I want these boots. If I freeze, it's because it's meant to be.t

-
@68degreesorless Those look great man, how long have you had them?
-
@ZackB thank you kindly purchased June ‘21
-
@68degreesorless damn, putting in work in those. Excellent work man, that would take me years to achieve

-
@goosehd good to hear. I pre-ordered some slit sandals from them. Can’t wait to get them next year.
-
@ZackB to clarify I meant June 2021. So it also took me years to achieve
