@Snafu. I will venture to say from the same run special if the release date is close to each other.
A hot soak of the 21oz will not yield any shrinkage worth talking about. The OD process is way more involved than just a hot soak. Just look at measurements and pick up a pair that measures very close to your OD. Sometimes that entails going a size down some times not. You have a good point of reference in your hands to make a good decision

Looks like most non-OD 777’s are the closest measurements through the thigh, knee and leg opening to my 888 OD

@Snafu . 777 and 888 are very different cuts. The top block is miles different. 777 is a low rise cut. If I was you I would contact the IH team and see if they can find you an 888 with measurements very similar to your 888od. Now if you want to venture in a different cut that's a different story. But you said that your 888's od are perfect in every way.

Does anyone have a W31-W33 hemmed to 30"? Whats the leg opening at this length?

I'm waiting patiently for another 1955 drop, but hoping 888's might be a decent high rise alternative for the time being

@jfive67 looking at the size chart for the current batch I would expect you to be somewhere in the middle of the hem and knee for measurements, I have one in Relove at the moment that is 8.1" for a tag 32 if it was hemmed to 30".

I have also attached a screenshot of the size chart for a 31-33 so you see the difference of the hem (2nd from bottom) and the knee is (3rd from bottom). I hope this helps.
