Help identifying the year of this pair?

Bought these off a collector and I'm trying to figure out what year they are from. I'll be wearing them for the Indigo Invitational this year.
Things to notice.
-Old patch, pocket patterns, and red tab which stopped in 09 if I'm correct.
-pre branded hardware. Buttons and rivets.
-belt loops are not sewn into the waist.

2006 would be my guess. The Levi's law suit was circa 2006/2007. But will also notice that the weft is a bleached white, we changed to a natural, unbleached weft in 2006.

Very cool pick up.
