have to give them a test run.  i'm impressed with goruck, but they are slow as sh!t with shipping their more popular items cause the company is so damn small & they get a bit backordered.

order through context, they are way faster. also, tad gear is way better for a weekend trip, size wise and the construction of shoulder straps is more comfy when u have to carry the pack all day

I had a zipper detach from the bag a few years ago, they sent me a brand new (and newer generation) pack. I don't remember if I had to pay shipping for the old one back to them

There is a place in Shibuya called OT+E that has some (very little) IH gear, the topmost one on this page: http://www.rakuten.ne.jp/gold/ot-emens/shop/index.htm

Hinoya Plus Mart in Ueno (less than half an hour with the Yamanote line from Shibuya) had quite a bit of IH as well, probably the widest selection in the central Tokyo area. Only up to XL in tops though.

I strongly suggest that you take the time to visit The Works in Hachioji if you have the time for it.
