@DeeDee85 @CosmoSix5 what I love so much about the 555d is that it gives me an opportunity to fade my denim jackets because I am not loving double denim for everyday... And still I have bottoms that get a pretty solid evo with wear.

@Slash exactly!! White tee, black leather jacket, denim tops or a nice shirt for dinner... Light enough for hotter months but rugged enough for fall and winter also. It's a staple piece

@FlavourFade agreed, my problem was I went with my usual tag size hoping for a bit of stretch and could hardly get my thighs into them. I’ll definitely be sizing these for comfort next time round

Not the 555D but the 634D are nearly ready in Japan so that should be a good indication that the 555D and other cuts should not be far behind.

Really hoping the next batch of those are more in line with other model of the 555's for the thighs, hem (especially), and knee.
Maybe there is a reason I fail to see, but at +/- equal waist size, those 3 measure are consistently smaller on this particular model.

@Slash I noticed this too, my 555D were way tighter in the thigh and knee than my other 555’s. Ended up selling them on. Think I’ll try the 888 if the next batch of 555D’s have similar measurements to the first.

Yeah If measures stay the same across models, I might have also to take another model for this fabric, but I really want one because the style, color and fabric is really to nice to pass on. I've been eyeing the 634 myself but there would be trade-offs in terms of the style I like.

Hopefully we get a "duck release" like today's release of all Indigo/Black 14oz models so we can compare and choose wisely

@Slash I sized up on my 555d and they are super comfy... Yeah the start is a bit stiff but they get softer really quick. With the waist being a bit bigger than my usual size they just start out from what a 21oz will get anyway with stretch after wear... The other measurements are simply perfect

I have in fact the 777 in duck but I have melted recently and the waist + excess fabric is just dis-gracious now and I have realized I don't like low waist
I normally should go for a 33 in the 555 if I want to have thighs/hem/knee perfect for me (and hem still slightly small) but then waist would be too big.
But honestly only the hem is a real deal breaker, so maybe I can also ask the stubborn crew to see if there is a unicorn in the next batch

Can confirm sweat and duck fabric don’t work well with each other , gutted how mine have turned out , it’s like the sweat/salt has turned the fabric yellowish…
Putting them in for there second wash ..
