Vault City are probably my favourite brewery. This is typical faire from them. Very sweet with vanilla at the start. Tart red berries at the end.

@Karol Vault City are very good at this kind of thing. They also have a niche of taking popular British food concepts and using them as inspiration for beers. The above tries to recreate having jam on your milky breakfast cereal.

They’re a Scottish brewery and have (successfully) recreated the classic Scottish soda Irn Bru as a 7% beer. Great fun and very tasty.

In general, I’m a big fan of Belgian beer styles and breweries, the likes of Chimay, Westmalle, Rodenbach et.al. If I see that on the menu I’m ordering it
