IHSH-411-BLK - 9oz Selvedge Indigo Check Flannel Western Shirt - Black
-
Just got mine in my typical IH size and the forearms are a little tight. Is that something that will loosen up over time or should I consider going up size maybe? Otherwise fit is slim but seems good, would be an issue if it shrinks on cold wash though.

Picked mine up today from The Shop Vancouver and it's an absolutely beautiful piece. Be careful though as it does seem to be running small as mentioned by some others. I've had a great fit with XL in every other IH flannel/shirt I've purchased but had to go up to XXL in this one.
-
I received mine yesterday and went with my usual XXL size. At 24” PtoP I feel it’s a touch larger than my XXL UHFs which is just perfect (for me).
I love the feel of this fabric, and will definitely be buying more as they are released. The color is exactly what I was hoping for too. A nice dark indigo.
I’m thinking of sending it back to @shaun for white snaps … I’m just not sure I can be without it that long lol
Edit: and the sleeve length is just perfect on this one, THANK YOU!

Fir check - this is a L and feels like I could maybe go XL but on the fence. That said, this seems to look good is just a little shorter. What do you guys think?
-
@Brandrea Awesome! Very glad to hear you're enjoying it.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions about the upgrade process. Rest assured, it will be well taken care of and we will do our absolute best to get it completed and back to you as soon as possible should you decide to go for it

@natefreezy Looks a bit short to my eye but maybe not to yours or to others on here.
-
@natefreezy looks great in this size, unless your going to wear it with some very relaxed bottoms; just keep things in proportion and you’re good to go.
-
@natefreezy I like that fit , just be careful when washing.
-
Just curious what’s rationale for not washing a flannel as long as possible? Applies to this one or any flannel. You’re not setting creases like with denim so just wondering…
-
@natefreezy I have washed my flannels inc. UHF for 30 mins with no ill effect. Generally it is the temperature and agitation you want to be careful with to avoid shrinking.
Creases etc can be ironed out, you won't get the streaks like you see on the heavier denims with careful washing
