Nameness- Haha, Good lord. You're gonna pay! As you know you only live a mile away from me.

      Beatle thanks for the compliment.

The denim is simply amazing. This is my first pair of heavy weight denim and I'm super impressed. I have worn these for a few hours and they're already beginning to from to my body.

Here's one pic for now. Will post A$$ shots later!!!

Received my Beatle Buster raws today, first IHs for me. Coming from a pair of Samurai 710xx, which on paper are incredibly similar, and layed next to my old 710s, the BBs post soak, they're spookily similar in all dimensions. I fit straight into them put it that way. Where they differ mostly is in the subtlety of the cut and that's where the IH's win it hands down for me, i much prefer them already and i love those Samurais. Basically, the taper in the upper leg is more natural and less abrupt in the BBs. The cut feels, and looks more natural, on me anyway, could feel it straight away when i put them on, it's just a nicer cut IMO…

Of course the material, build and detailing on these is gorgeous (you know that though 😉 ) I'm liking the smooth tops on the rivets, which i hope will be more guitar friendly than the 710XX, the coin pocket rivets on those are a nightmare for eating the backs of guitars. Sounds trivial but is actually a very welcome detail to me.

Ok, will see what i can do. I'm wearing them like half a size relaxed, i would say. Basically i measure 35" in the waist and these are a size 34, and i reckon i could get into the 33s, ( though would involve some post soak wrestling and effort climbing stairs etc for a week or two), whereas these 34s button straight up and are fitted and snug everywhere but comfortable right after soaking. Affter stretching i reckon they'll looked slightly relaxed (which suits me and my lanky limbs better) as opposed to really hugging in the thighs (which is more TTS fit for the Busters). Jeez, hope that made some sense 😉

DavidH: when the Busters were introduced, I immediately thought of 'm as being 'direct competition' for the 710xx. I was, actually, thinking of getting another pair of 710xx'es yesterday, but why would I, having the Busters?..  😘

lol, funny enough - the 710 by Samurai is one of the few cuts that I have never owned or even touched…true story

It's the only Samurai cut (I know of) that I liked…

Man these busters are so nice, the cloth is amazing, the nicest i've seen/felt.  It's somehow very supple and comfortable and breathable for a heavy denim, yet the surface texture is just right, still has the dimply, papery feeling under the hand,  it's super luxury stuff. They're just that next level above for me. and the cut is just awesome.

I'll see about contributing some photos, no one else around at the mo to take pics, stuck in waiting for UPS man..

I see, so the sanforized is pretty comfy stuff then? (relatively speaking of course) My breathabilty test involves falling asleep in my jeans, like a slob, then noting how sweaty my legs are when i wake up. it's all highly scientific.lol.
