Here’s a bit of denim science. I wanted to start wearing the broken twill hat first. Really like this one.

Size comparison with a couple hats that fit me well.

On the dome presoak

Into the caldron

Set it outside to dry

Post dry fit

Post dry of the broken twill side by side

Over all I feel I got some nice shrink. Fits a lot better. Once the denim gets worn and loosens up I think it’s going to be a winner.

PS: I apologize for the nudie shots. Hot out. Couldn’t be bothered to put back on a shirt.
