Can anyone advise me on possible shrinkage after first wash? Picked up this Jacket in Size S (black version) and it's a little tighter than I'd like ideally. Will it shrink at all after a first wash?

@Gimli They don't recommend washing them best as I can recall.

@jbjones85 No but I figure eventually you need to wash it in some capacity.

@Gimli We only advise gentle or hand washing, so spot cleaning any marks with a damp cloth etc. I am pretty sure @Nik has machine washed his? (Correct me if I'm wrong) so may be able to advise you further.

I like experimentation so I machine washed my indigo N1 on the wool setting and it shrank and marbled. I like it and have also now waxed it. Mine looks like it’s been worn for more than three years now. Don’t wash if you don’t want shrinking or are not willing to risk marbling.

Bit of a random one but hoping someone can help! I absolutely love this jacket but I don’t love the way the drawstrings hang out beneath the jacket. Can anyone recommend a specific knot that could wrap up the string nicely and not show anything beneath? Or can the string be taken out altogether?

@americanathreads You can remove them, yes. If you undo one of the knots you can pull it through the other side
