John Lofgren Steadfast Chukka
I'm about to pull the trigger on this boot, but unsure if I should go for Burgundy or Black. I'm planning to use these as business casual, occasionally use it with a blue suit. What do you guys recommend? I'm leaning more towards the Burgundy.

Burgundy belt is a nice tip. Thanks, I'm already going to source another PTC belt and eyeing on the Color 8. So It should complete the look for me.

They crease very fast. Just had them worn for few minutes and have already started to crease. Fit and quality is unmatched.

@Heavy_blue Thanks mate! I finally have something that I can wear for office. My Red Wing Chukka's with that white sole is pretty crappy and gives me a rugged look, but I hope now with these beauties, I'm going to look more formal and refined.

@Heavy_blue The color of those boots looks awesome. Those are Engineer's I assume? Somehow I feel that Engineer's are way too much boots for my taste, but when worn, they give a refined look and complement the raw denim a lot than any other boot style.

After reading about John Lofgren and the ethical practices they follow to produce boots, I'm completely sold on to their boots and their designs. As soon as the M-43 stocks return at my dealer nearby, I will soon get them. Will sell everything else that I currently own.

@the246guy dig your dedication!! And they are unmatched in quality etc! I have 2 pairs of engineers and 1 pair of donkeys. Definitely want something in there Shinki leather someday!

Yessiirr! My favourites currently, but still looking for something that I don't have to wear with thick socks or a foam insole due to a very low instep...

@spaniarddh same!! Now i must say that the badalassi leather is a little thicker and that’s my first engineer without anny wiggle or shuffle room! Totally cool! Also Mr. Lou’s or otherwise a custom made boot
