He sadly passed away right when I started doing the motorcycle tours with Perewitz. I ran into his crew almost every show and got to see his bikes first hand.

At the time his bikes were going for $60-$80,000 and I couldn’t dream of buying one…

any of you europeans ever use the above website to get parts? are they decent/legit?
they're they most reasonable I've found so far. eBay is decent but it is also 150usd for shipping to Singapore..

Thanks man! I didn't chop the neck on anything, just chopped the rear half of the Ironhead frame to weld in the Lowbrow hardtail. I did 6-over fork tubes on there with stock trees. I didn't want to mess with the geometry, or decrease the trail and give myself speed-wobble lol.

Oh yeah, and the shocks on the two newer sporties are 10.5". May go with a full rigid on the 72 in the future though.

@louisbosco Yea, I'd never done paint like that before, It was definitely a wing-it moment. I knew I wanted to tape off some pin-striping and make the paint translucent with a fade so you could see the wire brush marks through the color. It turned out way better than I'd hoped.

@goosehd So the hardtail is a 3" stretch and 1" drop from factory specs, I think. So it's surprisingly comfortable to ride like it is even with no rear suspension. The fat tire and cushy seat soak up most of the bumps and the reclined back position makes it the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden. The long forks make it super stable at speed, but it can get a little tippy at slow, parking lot speeds. You get used to it though and it's no prob.
