I suppose L would suit you, but if the Flat Head winter Flannel is rather tight on you, go for an XL. This one is definitely tighter.

The feeling is great, a bit rough, but not uncomfy. (See collar pic above, there you can "feel" the fabric)
You can literally feel the craftmanship behind this fabric. It is also pretty light, but not flimsy. Should be perfect for warm summer nights at the beach. The red stitchings on the inside and the chainstitch runoffs make me drool. I simply love how it feels on me, and it looks rad.
