What do/did you do for a living?

I work in a depot/ store. I'm the sweaty guy who always seems to be in a hurry and is working his fecking arse off all the time… Only to pause to look at the ladies and talk smack with me collegues...

Oh: and 90 % of the time I like my job...

Sellin´ jeans and other mens clothes at a department store. Doing this for 14 years now, but if i´m a lucky guy i could start my studies in october …

I also get 2 bonuses/ year, worth about 1200 $ each… One in December, one in July... Always in time to buy the new IH seasonal stuff...

Nice! We get $200.00 every 3 months for perfect attendance and $800.00 if we have perfect attendance for
the whole year. We get a yearly bonus ( about $700.00 ) every September and I get 10 hours of paid time off
every pay period.
I'm always here so I get the money and spend it on IH gear just like you!

we 4 have weeks summer holiday and a week in wintertime. (I'm a purchaser in a big finnish automotive spareparts stockist and importer) well, every finn does have those, some even more.

and bonuses for being at work ??? what's that fer chris sake?

We actually aren't supposed to get the bonus, it's really for the hospital only but to keep the peace they
include radiology…Nice gesture.

5 weeks of paid vacation here - plus I'm allowed to take unpaid holidays… So I usually take 8 weeks/ year off... Those are the weeks Giles doesn't hear from me...

The only time I ever take off is when they kick me out because I have too many hours. Our paid time off
can't exceed 576 hours, last month I was 2 hours away from maxing it out so they made me take a week
off. I don't ever go on vacation so my PTO adds up fast.

That's dedication, BH… I love that... I kinda pick who does my job while I'm gone so I don't find it too hard to go on vacation...

Thanks Seul, 19 years worth of dedication. Called in sick once 2 years ago and only been late to work once
in 19 years. I'd go on vacation more if I had someone who could afford to go on vacation to go with, all my
friends are either unemployed, students or pretty much paycheck to paycheck.
If I have to take time off it takes 3 people to do my job so I go down to the wire until they have to kick me
out.

Well the hospital big wigs here aren't laid back here so I'll have to go through channels and red tape to see if
