I believe quite rare, yes. It's all a question of comparison of course, I don't know how large her production run(s) was/were.

I seem to remember that volume 2 did actually happen and were available but my memory is fuzzy.

It was quite a while back, but I'm sure I did not like the cut of volume 2 or something.
