I'm in the south west UK so probably get an earlier start than where you are plus generally milder winters although this last one was somewhat hard.

What cultivar is it? The three in my pic are left to right Ukigumo, Purple Ghost and Orange Dream. They're a bit of a passion of mine actually,I've got 14 was 15 but one died over the winter.

sorry, I don´t have the slightest idea, didn´t keep the tag, but I am planning on getting another one ( the second one that I have was damaged from weight of snow, but it´s still alive)

It'll probably come back, the reason I ended up with so many was my garden was invaded by a herd of cows who ate them so I brought replacements then the originals started to grow back.
