Well, when we renovating our house, I had access to 43 acres of 17th-19th Century ex Admiralty buildings in various states of disrepair.

I collected all sorts of things, one of those collections was old hooks.

So Beats, get your arse over here, and this one is yours, I'm thinking circa 250 years old.  It is a thing of beauty, cast iron and perfectly formed…................
