Sorry, I know these are less than stellar but they should show how the mechanism works.
The clasp has a very satisfying little pop when you close it and it feels very secure. Could it loosen? Any silver mechanism can but for most, it is an easy fix that any jeweler could do.

I'm bracing myself to buy the Gordo Pequeno, but I have a couple of questions (I want to be sure as it is a lot of money to me)
My size is out of stock, when would you expect to get a restock?
Also what are the size of the links, is difficult to tell. Looking at this Good Art video, the Gordo looks very substantial but when I look at photos it seems smaller. @Anesthetist was that a Gordo in the photos you helpfully provided.

[mention]sisterray [/mention] I’m pretty certain this bracelet is actually their smallest. My tiny wife wears it so I can assure you it feels a little dainty or she wouldnt wear it. I’m not at home atm but am pretty sure the links are about the same size as the #10 ballchain links.
The gordo looks like a nice sized bracelet from what I have seen on IG. I think your best bet is to email IHUK and ask for more info or comparison pics. I’m sure someone will be able to help you!
