Added another tattoo to my left arm. It was part of a Tattoos for Japan fundraiser at my artists shop, Archive Tattoo in Toronto.

This is the three pages of flash they made for the event. You had to choose one of these images for the attoo to keep things moving along quickly. They normally only do custom work by appointment only. David Glantz, the owner and a friend, designed the planes just for me. I plan on doing the rest of my arm in WW1 and WW2 planes… I was the only person that got something specifically designed for me.

The symbol in the middle is the Celtic symbol for the 'Rowan' tree, The Tree of Life, my son's name (as you know)
The outer ring is an 'Oroborous', a serpent eating it's own tail symbolising eternity.
My son was also born in the Chinese year of the Snake, hence the serpent (tenuous I know)

BH - Sailor - Kat - whoever knows about this - is there a tattoo place /artist in LA who is really good with Japanese /traditional style tattoos ? thinking about getting something done while I´m there

Rachel at Immaculate Tattoo, she's done the majority of my work and she's about 3 blocks from my house.
DS knows someone in Little Tokyo too but you may need an appointment with him.
