@tody That’s the plan.  My personal best is 1:45 and I hope to beat it.

@Nkwkfld 3 pounds doesn’t seem to be very much 1 pound/week, but I was 187 starting out and feeling a little heavy.  My happy weight seems to be 175-180 and am hoping to get there.

@tody …also hoping you can make it!  Plans are to turn up the music and zone out…might even move the machine out to the deck and row outside.  Haven’t done it before.

Added 136.8 miles on the bike since my last post (I’m getting 482.4 through yesterday).  Raced a few Crits on Saturday as well, below is a shot from race 1 of 2.

Another 90K last week on the bike. This week is a big goose egg due to vacation, but at least I relaxed in a bit of IH kit!

Both in running and my motorcycle I like hi vis.  Sometimes you get something and it's EVEN BRIGHTER than you thought it would be

I’ve taken the last four days off…rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Update:  starting with the 41.6 miles on June 4th I’m at 735.6 miles so far.

Ha!  Thanks!  Cycling is by far the easiest means to hit the goal.  Feels like cheating to be honest.
