Hi Ron,

Try skip dinner and eat more vege and drinks lots of  water , no sugar if possible.  Most important don't miss your breakfast.
It does work , cause it happen to me when mrs was away for weeks to the parents home.

p.s : Do not follow what i suggest if you  have any crucial sickness .
