the recent rainfalls in Thailand did drive most tourists home - we have the beaches for us alone. perfect for a nice long weekend trip and snorkeling.
maybe I should give my IH-634S a pacific soak…(because I can).

Yeah, I also have to stitch those little embroidered name tags inside all his clothes…

before i discovered iron heart . . . i bought my clothes from asda to save me the hassle of stitching in those name tags . . . they all had 'george' on the label . . .

i kinda stopped because the ladies stuff had the same label - it caused some embarrassing moments in public . . .

Ta man, the chilli worked out well but I used braising steak and it could have used another hour to fully tenderised. Choccy worked well though, will repeat soon. (I've seen that chocolate in Waitrose so I can get it easy).

I try and used beef skirt (always available in Morrisons down here) for chilli, it holds up super well to extremely long cooking times…..And I work on the basis that one can never have enough skirt in your life......
