The one on the Boss Talk is new sample which is "smaller head version". I cut 2.0cm at the bottom circumference and 1cm depth of the cap from old model. The size is adjustable 57cm to 59cm by tighten the leather strap on the back.

i have a giant asian head haha.  7 5/8".

I'm clocking in at 7 3/4" and this thing fits like a dream, if not a little loose…
