It does have that Training look a bit, though I’m not sure that was just the DDR, or if it was also the 1980’s Bundeswehr look as well [emoji2369][emoji848]

the “longer and slimmer” cut (IIRC as mentioned by @Giles in Ironcast episode 1) compared to my otherwise excellent IHSW-11 works great for me (tall, long weedy upper body) - ymmv …

From the photo it looks a little long in the body, and a little wide in the shoulders. Not a bad fit, but I feel you may do an M more justice. Arms on IH sweats tend to fit snugly so that may be a sign you should size down. For reference, I take XL in most shirts, and nearly always size down to L on the 14oz Wakayama sweats.

As for shrink and stretch, they won't shrink, but definitely stretch.
