Wake Up and Coffee

[AdamJ]

We've been sampling some new coffees from a local company, so far so good

[seawolf]

@AdamJ I know this is off-topic for a coffee thread, but I just noticed your coffee is from Winchester Coffee Roasters. Have you tried Char Tea in Winchester? Their Earl Grey Supreme is sublime.

[AdamJ]

@seawolf No I haven't, however we've got a tea press too so we'll check that out, thanks a lot!

Might have to start a tea thread..

[seawolf]

@AdamJ Great idea! I live in the States, and order from them pretty regularly. We stopped in the shop years ago and we've been hooked ever since.

If your in the UK, this Mayni Honey process is awesome…

Some locally roasted Nicaraguan with a homemade cherry Biscotti

[Paul9221]

That's a great mug, @Anesthetist !  And dang, I need me some of those denim coasters!

Thanks! A local potter made the mug for Blue Print coffee here in StL, I think they might have some left if you google them.

I know how you feel about the coaster, this is my precious! I used to carry it around everywhere until I almost lost it. Now it never leaves the house because I cant replace it.

I finally got my hands on the revered Comandante and it does not disappoint! I have used it for V60, Chemex, and just now espresso and all three have been an improvement over my Baratza. I am looking forward to play around with it and really dial it in, esp with my V60. It’s a great piece of kit and I cant recommend it enough.

Breakfast & coffee.

Who is this?

[weftyarn]

Looking good, @twin

I just pulled a bottomless. Yes, it was risky to wear the Cream 1600, but the tamp was even, no coffee squirts

Thanks @weftyarn
