'Twas quite good. 'Twas very overpriced, as well. Until recently, stouts were a rarity for Equilibrium, and this was the first time I had opportunity to buy one. I bought into the novelty, this time…
Edit: I still haven't come across any Trillium, in my neck of the woods. Shame, too. That Sinister Kid sounds lovely.

Interesting thing I found out today, regarding the expensive American IPA issue mentioned a while back. When they get imported to Norway, They get a new label sticker label giving them a new barcode amongst other things. The sticker also contains a Best Before date that is 6 months later than the original ???

Love it. I will have a good Google later. I will say that it was somewhat reminiscient of some of Nick Cave’s illustrations.
Anyhoo… back to the beer. I love everything these guys do and this is just stunning. Saison with wild yeast matured on gin barrels. The colour and taste was magical. Unicorn pee, basically.
