Although you’re undecided about liking the fade shifts on the combs, I find them pretty pretty cool. Whoever mentioned they looked aquatic in the 634xhsib thread is right & this vid really shows that. Ever thought about sending them in for waist alterations? -

I have thought about drilling out the middle of the button and moving it over an inch or so. But I really like the XHSib the most when the just start to fade. I love breaking in new XHS too. Guilty pleasure. So probably a new pair. But I need to save some money first.

[mention]RoxRocks86 [/mention] about 6 months ago or so one of the IH crew posted a picture of a handful they found in a drawer and said if we wanted one to add a note on our next purchase.. so I lucked out.

That was my same reaction when I heard mikes voice for the first time. We text occasionally and sometimes Mike will reply via voice text and I love it every time!!

When you say that you iron and starch them..is that so the combs don't shift?
I always wondered how to keep the combs in a nice and tight pattern

@Brock nice! where’d you get that keychain?
They were made in Japan a few years back and given to attendees of a party in Gosport. I think it was Fish & Chips in 2018.
However I believe I saw a fresh batch has been made recently as they popped up on one of the Japanese IG accounts. Giles has mentioned a project where Haraki-san is going to start upcycling waste fabric into new products and they are probably a part of that, so perhaps they’ll be available for purchase again soon…?

I didn't know an appreciation for finely crafted denim would bring me to this place with these ppl, but I'm grateful for it anyhow @Filthy.
And majorly, @adam313. Watching that show was a big positive when I was growing up.
I had my mind blown when I found out KAWS was one of the artists on Doug - that’s how he got his start.. it’s like my life made more sense when the circle of 90s-2000s culture came all together!
