I've had a couple of Sabro single hop brews. They were really nice on the nose, but didn't do much for me, otherwise. So, I get where you are coming from. I have had good experiences when it's been blended with hops like Azacca, or Mosaic, though.

This is… RICH... Praline choc bar with espresso and bourbon. Very sweet. G: never buy this.

There was a touch of booziness to it. Plenty of Mosaic to make it an afterthought, though.
