omg - tried that in Shang Palace Restaurant, Shangri-la Hotel in KL . . . I love all sorts of different foods, but the smell beat me - ammonia ugh!

yeah, its definitely the worst thing to get on your jeans. good century egg is damn tasty tho..especially cooked with porridge!
