I liked that Star Strike game where when you lost a spaceship blew up the earth. I had to look and make sure that was the name of the game.
I think I played Burger Time, Masters of the Universe, and Pinball the most.

So many games on that I played for hours, Shark! Shark!, BurgerTime, Night Stalker, B-17 Bomber!
haha…yep. I had all of those. BurgerTime was my jam.

I finally made it out of the opening area in RDR2. Wow I have got to say I am amazed. Also thr game has some of the funniest dialogue I've heard in game. Also I love how complex the fist fighting is for just using 2 buttons. The game is just pure magic.

Totally agree. The opening area is an awesome intro to the game. It doesn't feel like you're playing a video game sometimes with how smooth the animation is.

Oh I loved all the snow … probably because I've only ever seen snow a handful of times in my life. Forced interactions I didn't mind at all either.

Omg omg omg, so stoked for this! I shall be living vicariously through you for this beta and looking forward to your impressions. Your expectations are not very high which is generally speaking a conducive starting point for objective analysis.
Meanwhile, I shall be tackling the seemingly insurmountable task of making the deadline to submit my paper on taxation of income distributed from a 401(k) plan in cross-border situations.

I already failed in life once (bad choices, unemployment, medical issues, depression, the works) so now I’m trying to embrace the 2nd chance, studying to become a lawyer (the unconventional kind, that tries to sneak in casual mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays, to go with the token fridays, and prefers going home early to play computer games 8)).
Tuesday-evening beers & games sounds like just the ticket to tackle a bout of weekday blues!

The installation deleted itself and now I have to download another 47 gb file at their 9 mb/s download speed. Meanwhile the game was supposed to start in 10 minutes. So far so good.

Now that everyone is trying to get online the installation time is beyond 5 hours… past the time that the BETA is supposed to last. What a joke. Fuck this game. I am not going to even waste my time.

One of the most entertaining moments I've had with a video game in a long time was going to the local saloon in Valentine to get drunk with Lenny in Red Dead Redemption 2. This game has so many layers to it, truly a great game and not just hype.

Yeah I just bought some hair pomade the last time I was at the general store. One thing to keep in mind that I forgot about this game is that your horse isn't invincible like in every other game I've played that involves a horse. They are mortal like real horses are.
I was enjoying a stroll through the beautiful countryside en route to collect a debt for the gang…just trotting along on my horse, killed and robbed 5 different people on stagecoaches en route....killed a dear, skinned it, stowed on the back of my horse...trotting along and suddenly took a nasty fall down the side of a cliff. Deer carcass goes flying off the back of my horse in the fall and we both manage to land on this ledge on the side of the cliff. My horse got so injured in the fall that it couldn't get up and was laying there making dying horse noises and writhing in pain. It then gives you the option to kill your horse or revive it with some magical horse tonic.....of which I had none in my satchel of course. So I had to kill my own horse and put him out of his misery...which left me stranded on the side of a cliff with a dead horse and no deer meat to bring back to camp.
Guess that's my video game karma for killing and robbing 5 people just minutes before.
