I finally bit the bullet and just got the 300+ bottle fridge I'd been eyeing for my lambic collection for awhile. Currently have 225 bottles in here (each row is doubled up in back, and there's quite a bit of stacking on shelves that you can't easily see in the photo) and there's still room to buy plenty more.

Bottled 7/15/15 and soooo good! Perfectly soured and still plenty of carbonation. Kinda sad that this is the only bottle I have
