WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)
-
Beautiful shots, as always, @Max Power.
-
Versailles - as beautiful as it is, the crowds, waiting times and prices ruined the experience. Would not do it again, maybe only visit the gardens which are huge and wonderful.

All I can say. Your photos are the tops @Max Power

A visit with the twins. They have been in the coal business since 1875 when the Quarryville railroad came in.
This is the Quarryville railroad bed right behind there coal business. Railroad was closed down in the 1980s.
Train derailment right here in 1955.
There were two sidings that serviced this coal yard.
This is the mine that the twins buy the coal from.

Stuff and things

Thanks for the kind words @twin!
Yesterday we went to Montmartre, visited the Sacre Couer church, cemetary, Tin Tin's tattoo studio (he hosts the Paris convention) and ended the day again in jardin du Luxembourg - my favourite Park here.

Absolutely amazing @Max Power - thank you for giving us a look into your awesome life!
Yesterday, we woke up at 2:30am to fly to Texas, and nothing quite went according to my plan after that.
Luckily, we arrived into San Antonio early evening, went straight to the bar, and should enjoy a great day here today:

That's a great resort. We stayed there a few years back. If I remember correctly, they turn off the current in the lazy river and you can swim it in the mornings for a different workout.
And the weather is really nice today, isn't it?

They had the Spa Sister triathalon and they did that for the swim!
We spent about 2 hours hanging at the SPA pool and then cane to the lazy rivers. They really do have a great product and experience here.
Another one for @neph93 [emoji23]

@Max Power - I used to live 10mn from Luxembourg. Great place for a run. How much longer are you in Paris? Make sure you get macaroons from Pierre Herme, chocolates from Patrick Roger, and maybe a couscous, if the weather's not too hot. Fontainebleau's castle is smaller but nearly as impressive as Versaille's.

My wife and I are in California for a vacation before she makes a big job change. We started in LA, then to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks for lots of hiking, camping, and hammocking – then to Calistoga in the heart of Napa Valley, and now we are in lovely Carmel-by-the-Sea -- maybe my future retirement home lol.
Tonight we have reservations for night bathing in the hot springs at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA (where Don Draper goes at the end of Mad Men). It will be nude bathing - pics to follow? haha
