The plan is to do a Water Buffalo short shift.  Simon popped around last night, found the Viverg parcel and took some pics.  I'll let him tell you his thoughts, but def, the IH tab, needs to be rethought position wise:

I've never actually seen any Vibergs before in the flesh, I can't
believe how heavily built these things are!! The quality is awesome, great
Norwegian welted design, the black Buffalo and blue 21oz denim is a nice combo. Personally
I'm not a big fan of the sole, I'd rather see something with a heel? I would like to have taken these for a test drive around the IH store room to give you the full report, but my feet are a tiny Sz 7 and these samples are a Sz 10    Seriously great boots, I need to stat saving!

I'm totally over the moon with my short shifts, they're so comfy and look great. And they just ooze the kind of quality which tells me these will be around for a long time.

do you really need to have that tab at all? you never really see a good quality foot wear with
it's name branded on top/out side. also there is something happening with the top stitching around the opening.

Is it really 2-toned or are the leather pieces and tongue also blue?..

yeah seul I agree, maybe inside next to the Viberg tag is the correct place to put it.

But if it is going to be on the outside, I think placed in the upper corner is the way to go.

They are two tone, well actually three tone, the toe cap is black the other leather parts are a deep blue, and the denim is …..
