haha im right there with you man,  when i had knee surgery my doctor actually said he couldnt believe i wasnt in a wheelchair.

i get these insoles from the walking company and put them in my vans.  they make  a world of difference:

I generally wear NB, Saucony, Vans, etc. but where I live, there is nada for seeing in person.

Don't know about the exact model you are after mate, but Schuh stock PF.  (there is one on buch st and one on argyle)
