Same here. It's such a hardcore denim, but once it's broken in, it's wonderful. Fade-wise its stubborn as hell because there's just SO MUCH indigo, but once the fades start, it's worth the wait. Beautiful. More pics, @Lindsey !

Wow that contrast is as strong as double indigo jeans….awesome. now need to make some if this fabric in a summer weight Jean ha.

The reason they look like a double indigo denim is that the weave is so tight. They basically don't breathe at all, which is great in cold weather, but even in a lighter weight denim I don't think it would work in warm weather.

I really wish @kiya would resurrect this denim, I feel like the sizing issues on this cut caused a lot of people to miss the boat on one of the best denims IH has made. Even though this cut actually worked for me, I'd love to own a 666 version as well, and I'm sure the 633 cut would sell well.
I have a pair of unworn (that I'll get to one day) 30s in the 634 version, to compliment my 31, of this 23oz denim. It's the best denim IH has ever produced imo.
I also wish Kiya would do another run of it… it's been some years since I think anyone has mentioned it, maybe we should ask again....

Yeah I wore them today for the first time in well over a year and I'm once again beside myself over how good this denim is. It might actually be the best denim they've done. And basically no one knows how good it is. I would do really bad things to have a pair of 666's or even 777's in this denim with tonal stitching. @kiya please, brother. We're begging you.

I missed the boat on the majority of the Self Edge releases and it bums me out. All of the releases they had look phenomenal to me. If they have something like what they had in the past, I'll be on it for sure. Even with tonal stitching.

Still a little warm in Maryland to wear these. Should be coming out in the next couple of months. They fit but the rise is really low and the thighs are tight. I've been wearing my 634s' often. The denim on those jeans is so comfortable.

They are in pretty good shape for sure. Some spotting, but I think the heavy indigo just does that.
I think the fit works really well for me - I’ve been digging the lower rise cuts lately

You’ll love them, @Appfaff , once they start fading they are beautiful. I don’t think any other IH denim can beat this one when it comes to fading to such a beautiful shade of blue.
