I did notice a lot of price differences between the stores and some of them grossly overpriced.
The trouble with overseas orders is that i always have to pay custom fees these days, and that used to be different, a year or 2 ago most packages slipped by them.
And that makes them expensive, buying from overseas i always have to calculate about 35 to 40% extra on fees… while they also charge me taxes in the country of origin, so i pay double.Still contemplating on the main guide boot or the hunting boot, those crepe soles looks so good, but i'm affraid i'll find them crap soles when walking in them.
Unfortunately no chance on trying them out...Hey M!ch! Long time no speak. I bought the ALD Frontier Jeanspaleis Limitée off you some time back through Mynudies (unworn as yet but still like the cut). Weird how we all seem to congregate here! I've just ordered some crepe sole hunt boots. Will let you know how they hold up under the stress of walking

I'm very curious about your experiences with the crepe sole of the hunt boots! -
crepe soles are rather squishy and feel like you're walking on thick carpet all the time. at least on my hunt boots

it feels weird at first – felt i was off balance when i actually wasn't?
i'd say crepe soles if you want something really unique and amazing -- non crepe if you want something that you can wear with everything?
that being said, contrast crepe in the brown boots probably look better than my black on black. i can provide my own pics if you're interested.

they're dark so if they do bleed i haven't noticed. that and i haven't worn NEW raw denim on them so… no bleeding problems yet!
i've yet to dare wear raw denim with my yuketen moccs tho

Got the boots through today. First impressions…unbelievable quality...much better than anything i've owned before...Only problem is the sizing. I sized down a half size and shouldn't have. They're on their way back to The Bureau as we speak. Going TTS. So if you're thinking of going for a pair of Yuketen Double Wool Hunt Boots...GO TTS! By the way, these look SO much better in the flesh than in photos. Beautiful chunky mother hens! Not regretting spending all that cash for things of such quality and beauty. Guess that's what we all look for in our gear.

M!ch…you really gotta go for these...original but not as far out as photos would suggest. Incredible boots.
I know man, my only fear is that is won't like how the beige crepe sole feels…
If only i could try them on before buying!So the main guide boot on the Vibram is a much safer bet for me, as i'm pretty confident i will love everything about these.
Good to know they look even better in the flesh, i already like the look of them on the photos!A shame the sizing didn't work out for you, but it gives me a better idea that i should stick with my regular RW size of 9,5E instead of sizing half a size down to my Alden size.
