Fucking hell Chronopost's a bitch to deal with… Trying to help my boss with receiving a package...

Consignment not delivered: customer absent (But they didn't leave any message/ slip... Plus my boss has a camera system that sends him a mail with a picture of anyone that has approached his house... No one stopped by that day!..)
Scan location : Bruxelles - BE
Comment : Contact with sender or consignee in progress (Good luck finding a working phone number of any kind for the depot in Brussels, where it's currently at...)

So I called their French customer service line... No option for English (they're French after all)... Not a 100% sure I'd be able to figure it out myself, this is too specific, my French is crap...

Sent them a message through their FB page... Fingers crossed

After some e-mails, FB private messages, and phone calls to Amazon.de, it now says it's gonna be delivered today…

I've got a fiver on it not being delivered today...

Btw: the people from Chronopost in France did NOT have a phonenumber for the depot in Brussels!!! How fucking crazy is that?.. "Yeah we dropped your package off there, and you need to contact them for a second delivery, but neither you nor we have an actual way of fucking contacting them"… BLOODY HELL...
