I bought 80 pairs of Viberg boots in one design/one order once.  It was the single largest custom order they had ever had.

That "Well Known" mens retailer "inside catering" has 529 hikers "in stock….

I don't know why they bothered putting a returns policy on their website because as sure as fuck, they'll never need it because nothing will ever get shipped in the first place.....

And if you think I'm being a tad cynical, then you deserve to be scammed.....

I was mainly being sarcastic… "Hopeful" was more the word I was thinking. But I agree, people are out to scam lately and it's a sad reality for us all.

Its the modern version of those guys that used to sell house bricks boxed up like game consoles etc in the 90s. London street markets were full of them around xmas..

Not in the UK, but you could also try Wijsman Schoenherstellers in Delft, the Netherlands. He's got an Instagram feed that's got lots of restored Red Wings in it, but he has restored Vibergs.

The side zipper ruins it for me… as does the ridiculous price tag haha

Plus, I can't decide if I like the Glaxi-cut soles... they remind me of a Nike training boot.

It reminds me of some high end fashion boots trying to be punk rock.

But that's what I love about the garment industry. What I love, not everyone else will - and what others think is amazing and worth every penny, dosnt always do it for me.

I'll be excited for whoever is able to get a pair of these and would love the follow the breakin process.

meh - not a fan of this - I love Viberg but this looks like something John Varvatos would try to pull off… and I love blue boots, but this "dipping" thing didn't work for me personally.
