Hi guys
I am definetelly ordering a pair of 634 in the next few days , but I still have doubts about the size, 30 or 31.
After stretching I am perfect with a 31.5 to 32 inches waist, 10.5 rise and a 11.5 to 12 inches tight. and 8.5 to 9 knee
By guess looking at the charts I shuold be 31, but thean again looking at the charts I see the tighs measures 12 inches before stretching and the leg is 9 as well, That is making me to think maybe the 31 is a bit big. I also have seen a post of guy selling a size 30 and saying that the waist has strecth to 31.5, so I dont know what´s the real stretching of these jeans. Should I go for 30 or 31?
Is a pity not live near by a shop with Iron Heart Jeans

I got a pair of TWHRO1 and a pair of 634S jeans about 8 or 9 months ago….. I was wearing my TW's religiously then it started getting damn cold with some serious wind in my area!! I busted outy the 634S which were basically brand new because I thought they were to tight when I first got them. Me and the 634S went back to the ring for round 2 and I finally broke them after three weeks of consecutive wear. I have now been wearing them since Nov. and they have broken in so nice!!! not tight at all just perfect. I can finally say I am STUBBORN!! Ready for a second pair.....

just did a measurement. my 29 waist now measures 31 exactly.

i did. i'm tts 31. i decided to try an experiment when someone was selling a brand new pair for almost $200 less than retail on the forum. thrilled with how theyve turned out. best fitting jeans i have hands down. i will always size down on these now. unless i get fat which could happen because i really love food.

i was thinking the same….my problem is i take jeans on the road with me, wear them every night and sweat through them and by the end of a tour the waist wont even stay on anymore. i was afraid that if i did that with tts busters they would end up being stretched too much.
im also eyeing the od devils fit.

got my 1st pair yesterday, by the way big thanks Giles for the uber fast shipping (always a good thing for partly impatient folks like me;-)
I'm very very satisfied, feel and craftsmanship are superb and the fit is on point, first seem very thight in the waist but I see they will stretch the right way…. so a loud and clear YES on this one from me.

Hello, my first post here with some annoying questions.
I'm looking for a looser fit but not necessarily baggy. I don't want my thighs sticking out or something-I want to preserve the straight leg. I like the fit of LandoCal and Dexter.
I am short and stocky. Thighs are 22in, around the butt is 37, waist is 32-33, inseam 29in.
First of all, would these work for me? I'm not sure what kinds of body types are flattering or unflattering in this cut.
If so, what size would you recommend?
If I hem to 30in would the leg opening be wider?For reference, I could fit 29 in APC NS (though it stretched alot), 31 in levis 501 32 in levis 514.
