My second pair of Role Club's are these… A few months ago, I saw some Rolling Dub Trio m-42 service shoes in brown, and they were GORGEOUS... But, I need more brown boots as little as I need more denim. So, I asked Brian if he could make a pair in black. He replied almost immediately, saying that he already has the perfect military boot last, and he'll draw up a pattern. Awesome!!!!! Now, it's all coming to fruition soon.

Black horsehide, brass hardware, medium brown edge and brown cork halfsoles. They're not done yet, but man are they GORGEOUS. He posted this pic a few hours ago on IG and FB.

Yeah, this is the first pair of boots I'll have where I'll think "I don't want these babies to get dirty", lol! I'm already dreaming of a mirror polish on the toecaps, lol

I won't do a write-up, because there just isn't much more I can say about this man's skills except "He's still getting BETTER!" As good as my engineers are, the construction is notably better… Could just appear that way, because these definitely involved more "technicality" in the design and construction.
