        Nice…
Need to drink some more Hanssens, I've only seen the small bottles around here.
Enjoyed the oude gueze quite a lot.

These are 37.5cls bottles as well. And the raspberry was really godawful… So bad I drainpoured it after half a bottle, and made something to eat before tackling the cassis...

The Hanssens geuze is solid though... Really acidic, but good...

Sounds like I'll skip the raspberry. I'm always a little perturbed by the price too, a lot of money for such a little bottle.

Just for you, I'll open the Cassis… I'm having acidic sweats though...  😠

Cassis > raspberry by a mile… Didn't even finish a glass of the raspberry... Acetone, acidic,... Cassis is much milder, fruitier; delicious...

Good news, I'll be looking out for that one.
Although right now my fridge is at full capacity, might be time for a second one.

It was the best decision I made this year… Just get a big one, and a temperature controller... Don't half arse it 🙂

Well I'm most likely moving in with my girlfriend in about 6 to 8 months and I'm not sure how she's going to feel about an extra fridge.  😉

                          Is she a little… frigid?..  😉

Just move in with me... Well go splitsies on all the big bottles I have here...

Not a bad idea, I've got plenty to split too.
Would be a pain in the ass moving all of these bottle across the Atlantic though, plus then I'd have to learn French or Dutch!

I've actually done well clearing my summer stash… The stuff that's left will gracefully age a(nother) year, so good for next summer!..

Luckily I can move all the stuff to the storage room downstairs once temps have gone down... Then I can fill both fridges with the dark stuff 🙂

This is crisp and refreshing. A really nice example of a proper marzen

Had the Old Chubb Nitro tonight from Oskar Blues, pretty tasty and making me long for cooler weather.
I need to check out the new Oskar Blues brewery here in Austin, should allow for me to get more of their smaller production beers too!

^^Serenity is my favorite Brett beer now. The barrel aging subdued the funk in a way that made this pretty easy to crush. The bottle was gone quick.
