That's great thanks, what's the turnaround like? Obviously I won't be able to send them until Saturday that's presuming the post office is open! Do you take some time off for the holidays?

What's time off?

We typically ship them back the same day that we receive them, but occasionally inbound shipments come in after our UPS pick up.  We ship UPS next working day within UK…

What size needle/thread combo do you use for hemming?

I know, I know- I should have checked when I was there, but I'm forgetful…

There is a school of thought that says you should use a slightly smaller thread for the looper thread, so that it throws a neater loop, but we find the same size for both works fine.
