Picked up my new bike at the weekend, Triumph Tiger 800 XRX. A bit different to my old Street Triple but more suitable for a two up tour round Europe. Pics to follow!

@Sam, I like the orange and white Speedster too. You'll have to get an international license for your next trip, and hope that someone at The Works has a non Japanese sized bike…

My old BMW R1200R. This photo popped up on my Facebook timeline as a memory today. I picked it up from the dealership exactly five years ago.

Unfortunately it was sold just before I headed to Australia at the end of 2014. I need a new bike…

@Graeme  That is such a sweet ride.  I'm sure you have missed it.  So…. when are you pulling the trigger on a new bike?

There are all sorts of goodies in the Triumph accessories brochure: Quickshifter, hotter cam, high-flow airfilter, race exhausts…

I don't think that it does. Unless it's been surreptitiously added somewhere along the line.

How are you progressing with your bike license @Giles? Or have you been too busy doing other stuff instead?

I filled the 125 up with petrol for the first time 3 weeks ago, does that answer your question….?

Well those small bikes are very frugal.

So this happened. I stopped into the Ducati dealership to talk bikes and found out they now sell Vanson. I was trying to be frugal, but I've been looking for a perforated jacket for the summer.

The fit is so so so good.

the s/t is getting very hard to find as most were turned into g/s clones i think they only made  5963 of the s/t model .
my friend has a gs p/d which has done over 300,000 miles yes thats three hundred thousand miles

The racing at the Isle of Man TT started today. Anyone watching???

I've not been following the TT, but I just saw that Michael Dunlop has broken the lap record.

I won a ticket to see Closer To The Edge, the 3D film about the race, a few years ago. The riders are completely mental.
