I wear a 32 waist in a 634. I just bought these in a 36 waist, hot washed and hot dried them, and they fit perfectly. Sizing up four inches was the answer for me. If I hadn't done that there is no way I could have gotten my legs into these.

I just scored a pair of these & will be challenging @sam to wear white denim in the autumn/winter.

Might modify my pair a bit to give them more of a tapper & get them to fit like my 555s . . . .

Happy to post the post-wash dimensions of the size 36 white 666s (please be patient). I wish I had measured them before the wash. A comparison would have been interesting.

I am a vey low bodyfat freak with very long and disproportionately girthy(!!!) legs, so YMMV.

A bit  of a wear update.
I wore these while we were packing up the tent at Glemseck and they got real dirty. Foolishly i washed them before i took a photo but this is what they're looking like now. I've only really worn them a handful of times but they sure do show up the marks.

Do you have any updates on these? I just put mine on for the first time, I can't believe how soft they are!

Those are looking great! Are they really that green now or is that the light reflecting off all the green around you? I should have an update of mine somewhere. I'll have a dig through my pics to see what's there.

Thanks @Clint_D - the fact that they went from not going above my knee to comfortably buttoning in under 2 hours is a miracle hahaha

I bet there is still more stretch as well - that paraffin coating is crazy
