It is actually different thread. On the DC4001 we use the same thread as we use on the 634SR which is even heavier than that which we use on the 634S

the thickness of the threads are similar on sr and the dc 4001

the sr has only pure thick cotton threads!

I'm guessing the SR's have poly/cotton threads too and that DC4 have mis-interpreted the specs, pure cotton would be too weak.

no no no…....the sr has 100% pure cotton!!!!the sr is making of the traditional way;-)!
thats the story behind the sr and what haraki want with the sr!Pure cotton overall

I have to pitch in here, as I received my DC4001's this morning. I'm not exaggerating, they are unbelievable. The cut is just extraordinary, I will try and post fit pics when I get home from work, but let me say this - I was afraid they'd be a little tight around the thigh, and that the low rise would make them a bit uncomfortable, but they are ridiculously great to wear, and they feel great. Honestly can't say enough good things..

My pleasure…also, to give anyone who wants to know an idea of the service you get, e-mailed Giles very late Friday night with a question, got an immediate response, ordered the jeans and they arrived hemmed first thing Tuesday morning. Got an update on the Sunday telling me they'd been shipped.

I thought BB will have a smaller top block than the DC4. Won't the thigh be too tight (if not more tight) as well?

Not sure if this is the right place (well, actually I´am sure that the place is wrong, but I jut have to tell and don´t feel like making a new thread for it), but I got to leave statement about DC4.

I was actually lusting after the IHSH-33 and it was sold out here. So I checked DC4 and they actually had one in my size. The transaction was very smooth, I got a small personal e-mail that my package has been shipped, we had a nice little talk afterwards and the package arrived fast.

I can just recommend this shop. Shops like this are great and do Iron Heart´s and Giles service justice.
