Trickhell is on the money! It's a special and the P90 pickups rock. Someday I'll try and justify a Traditional.

P90's > humbuckers every time. But if you get a traditional, get a used one since Gibson insists on shoving the robot tuners down everyone's throat these days.

In high school, we found a LP Special in my best friend's garage attic. We gave it some tlc, and it was an amazing guitar. The P90's were noisy as hell, but boy did that thing bark. I've been really tempted by the Tweedy SG Gibson made a few years ago.
The 666sII show a lot of potential. Very tempting!

You're right down the way from me. I was working out in lakeway yesterday and it was 75. Today was 50. I should have my pair just in time to start a new project on Monday when it will be fucking 80+.
