So yesterday we went to 3 factories:  Washing/Dyeing/Finsing plant (this is where we get the overdying done), the shirt making factory and the jeans/jackets/heavy shirts making factory.

This is a laser etcher, etching the design for one of our flashers directly onto the the denim. Scary stuff:

Want your jeans pre-distressed?  Well I know you don't, or else you would not be on this forum, but I tell you, what they do and how they do it is amazing.  This is the "hi-tech" fraying machine:

Lets fade some now.  I tell you, it was vaguely obscene seeing these nice new jeans hitting the factory and being systematically fucked with:
