Happy International Stout Day
Tonight's haul…the growler is Arcadia Shipwreck Porter...but I can't quite remember why I bought that Bells
Brunch is served
Anyone seen or tried this yet?
Only 4.7%?.. Come on now, jdl!.. You had it right the first time… Plead the 5th all day every day
PS: drinking 12% Struise XXXX Quad...
Gotta have a session ale to break up the bombers once in a while. They usually make good palate cleansers and beat drinking water. LOL
@jdl1279:
Good call. Also they're nice to have with sports.

Yeah - nothing beats low ABV beer whilst playing snooker…

Fixed
Either'un works for me…
I play better drunk…at least that's what I tell myself. Except a guitar, I can't play for shit when I am drunk
Arcadia Shipwreck Porter is always a must have for me as it gets cooler
Ok E… this one is actually pretty tasty. I guess there is a first for everything when Bell's finally impresses me
There ya go
Re-visiting this'un in a bit:
They actually brew it with aging in mind, so I think I'm gonna stash some away. It's got a bittersweet, almost hoppy almost fruit profile which should blossom nicely in a year or so
I really like this. Nice change of pace from the darkness
Even straight from the bottle, almost heaven. Gulden Drak is the 25oz extra heavy selvedge of beers.
^That's a steep claim bros!
