Currently I have 2 tattoos, one of my Yia Yia (greek for grandma) name in greek on my upper right arm.  The other is a ship, though I am turning it into a sleeve starting december 3rd. Post pictures of finished product.

I say go for it, but dont make it too big. Why?You're likely going to get addicted to this shit and will want more stuff on your skin, and you gotta make sure that the following tattoos will be in harmony with that first one if that first one is BIG and kinda dictates how the rest will look and feel. If it is smaller, less real estate is taken, less influence on the rest, etc…

I'm planning on getting my first tattoo soon, will check out some stores this weekend. Anything special I should care for/regard? I'm a complete noob on tats, but Hamburg offers a lot of shops, so I'm quite confused…

Thanks guys. I'm sure about the motives (I got two in consideration and maybe will get both after a while), but it freaks me out a bit, not to be sure if it looks the way I want it to. So I hope I pick the right artist… will let you know when it happened.
