Among my very fave pics of all are these detail shots of the damages, all the tears and rips earned by all the previous wearers and coming to fruition here in Berlin, worn by a guy who loves his denim faded hard and genuinely destroyed.

Preparing them for the shipment to Oz, after Snowy had bravely asked not to wash them, they were properly aired…

There wasn't all that much room left, as you can see, late entrants to the tour had to suffice with the reverse side of the pocket lining.

And thus this brief summary of the Berlin leg of the world tour more than two years ago comes to a close.

Posting this brings back many memories. I grew very fond of the jeans and found it really hard to let them go. Thanks for entrusting them to me way back then. I believe they are archived now in Gosport, and if all goes really well and I can one day really visit, I'd so love to see them again.

@Oleg Well yes, sure, the product of the whole tour back from 2011. It put me in a much appreciated connection with all the guys who wore them before me, some "big forum names" among them whom I'll likely never meet in person.

Yeah, Snowy, I know…..it never got forgotten, honest! As I wrote you way back then, I'm technically not really state of the art. Hope you liked my "express coverage" (about as delayed as our German Railways often are) though of course it can't compete with yours.
